Job Description
- Collaborate with user to understand the strategic objectives and needs of the directorate
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
- Provide and support to user on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct end-to-end collaboration in Learning & Development with Paragon University
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Manage organizational effectiveness by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and providing support to organization
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HR, and proven work experience as an HRBP
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Ability to foster positive relationships between employees, teams, and management.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to seize opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
