Job Description
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives by supporting workforce planning and succession planning
- Oversee performance management and leadership development
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Develop and enforce HR policies while ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of employees
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from all major
- Minimum 3 years experience in HRBP role or within HR area
- Proficient in English, having Mandarin skill is highly advantageous
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
