Job Description
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, and culture engagement
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g. employee satisfaction surveys) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
- Manage various HR projects and act as key advisors to the leadership team to influence positive change in the business
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree with minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field.
- Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within different type of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Industrial Relations
- Advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present information.
