Job Description

  • Maintain employee records (personal file, promotion, relocation, etc).
  • Ensure proper facility inspection procedures and maintenance.
  • Prepare asset reports and manage budget for company operations.
  • Manage office equipment & vehicles and general office operational.
  • Knowledgeable about the process for extending vehicle registration (STNK) and vehicle inspection (KIR).
  • Understands the process for handling building permits and company utilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Any field
  • At least 6 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (compensations & benefits, industrial relationship, administration, general affairs)
  • Ability to analyze office facility needs, equipment, and vehicle operations
  • Has strong drive to meet tight deadlines
  • Initiative, independent, and have a good communication
  • Strong leadership
  • Willingness to be placed in Setiabudi, Jakarta
