Job Description

  • Oversee and ensure accurate, compliant payroll processes
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
  • Manage daily HR operations and drive consistency across business units
  • Lead the development and alignment of the HR team to improve performance and consistency
  • Build and implement scalable HR systems, policies, and processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to build, restructure, or improve HR functions
  • Hands-on ownership of payroll, recruitment, and HR operations
  • Experience working in complex or fast-changing environments
  • Strong judgment balancing employee and business needs
