Job Description
- Implement the overall recruitment strategy and process, including screening and conducting interviews.
- Assist in Onboarding process, including updating onboarding materials and conducting new hire orientation.
- Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document organization and maintain the accuracy of employee files
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Actively seek opportunities to learn about various HR functions and best practices.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology, HR management or related majors.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process will be a plus.
- Proven experience in HR (less than a year) is a plus.
- Detailed oriented, effective in planning and organizing, audience-oriented.
- Result driven.
- Willing to work on a hybrid schedule (South Jakarta) and able to join immediately.
