Job Description
- Responsibilities Organizing and conducting full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Responsible to translate the profile requirements into an effective sourcing strategy to approach, attract and hiring the distinctive candidate.
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee files including contract management for new, existing, and exiting employees.
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, performances, bonus and leaves.
- Developing key metrics/KPI to measure employee performances.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
- Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance. 8. Communicate with third party services (such as insurance provider, broker, BPJS, Manpower Ministry, payroll vendor) to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent in technical support tools such as Ms. Office.
- Target Driven, Innovative and Creative Problem Solver.
- Able to join as soon as possible
