Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration process.
2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Assist in conflict resolution and workplace issue management.
3. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Process payroll, attendance, and leave requests.
4. Training & Development:
- Support employee training programs and performance evaluations.
- Assist in career development initiatives.
5. HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure company policies align with labor regulations.
- Promote workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in HRGA or HR/Admin roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiar with HRIS platforms (Talenta or similar) is a plus.
- Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced F&B/retail environment.
