Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Take ownership of recruitment targets, ensuring timely and consistent hiring to meet business needs.
- Handle HR administration, including employee data management and HR documentation.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
- Support onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development processes.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports for internal use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- English proficiency is required as a working language (both written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Recruiter.
- Willing and able to work with recruitment targets, demonstrating high consistency and accountability as a recruiter.
- Experienced in working with KPIs, deadlines, and timelines.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, HR administration, and basic labor law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in time management.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Interest in the live streaming, digital content, or startup industry is a plus.
