Job Description
- Learning & Growth: Identify training needs and coordinate technical or soft-skill workshops.
- Performance: Support the KPI/OKR cycle and facilitate professional feedback sessions.
- Culture: Execute initiatives that embed our core values (Fundamentals, Passion, Professional).
- Onboarding: Ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the BOSNET culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business
- Strong communication and basic data management (Excel/Google Sheets).
