Job Description
As an HC Business Partner, you will support specific functions, working closely with management and employees on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and more. HR Business Partners are instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within specific functions and across the organization, with considerable focus on scaling for growth and culture retention.
Your responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to selection, salary proposal, offer, and onboarding in an efficient and professional
- Provide guidance and support on employee issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implement human resources policies, programs, and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development, employee engagement, and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Psychology would be a plus point)
- Solid 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end HR Recruitment Processes
- Effective interpersonal, listening, and communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to solve moderate to complex problems, resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem solving
- Strong knowledge of the human resource ecosystem
- Demonstrated dicretion and sound judgement while working with sensitive and confidential materials
- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
