Job Description
Developing and implementing Human Capital development practices including Organization Development, Recruitment, People Development, Culture Management, and Industrial Relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management HR, Industrial Engineering, or any related majors.
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experiences.
- Min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, teamwork & networking skills.
- High motivation and passionate in people/human capital.
