Job Description
- Responsibility for implementing the HSE Plan Program instructed by the Chief and Field Engineer in his area
- Full Supervision on site
- Report to the HSE Lead/ HSE SI in Charge on area
- Conducted inspection, Observation for unsafe action and unsafe condition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as HSE Officer especially in EPC Project or related
- Has Certification of AK3 Umum (kemenaker/bnsp) prefer MIGAS Certification.
- Have an excellent communication skill with all level, to campaign and encourage all employee implementing HSE culture
- Able to conduct presentation and training
- Computer Literate & Fluent in English
- Have a good problem-solving skill and able to work under pressure
- Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person

Refinery Development Master Plan Project is comprised of Revamp of existing units, and construction of new license unit, non-licensed unit (for ISBL) as well as new offsite and utilities (Os&Us) in Pertamina RU V Balikapapan located in Balikpapan East Kalimatan. The Project focuses on the need to modernize the refining configuration and capabilities to produce more gasoline and other products by converting residue of fuel oil into more valuable products, primarily gasoline and diesel. An integrated performance management, as part of the ICSS, will be implemented to improve the quality of service and production reliability of the refinery.
