Job Description
- Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and prepare reports with corrective and preventive action recommendations.
- Manage emergency preparedness programs and ensure the readiness of safety equipment and emergency response facilities.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture among employees.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
- HSE-related certifications (e.g., General OHS Expert/Ahli K3 Umum).
- Basic understanding of environmental systems and permits (SIMPEL KLHK, PROPER, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of WWTP/IPAL, waste management, and pollution control equipment.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Intermediate level of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
