Job Description
- Responsible to conduct and monitor in safety operation activity including inspections, risk assessments, safety training, procedure evaluation which determined by organization
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing unsafe condition and unsafe action and developing measures to assure the HSE personnel
- Responsible to correcting unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
- Responsible to make HSE work plan, monitoring and review of HSE plan periodically and giving the corrective and preventive action for the implementation
- Initiate to making HSE regular visit including inspection and assessment
- Providing HSE socialization and training for employee
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to stakeholder
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/ Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-year experiences in Health, Safety & Environment roles preferably from mining, oil & gas, resources & energy sector
- Holding on General AK3 Certification (AK3 Umum).
- Holding on Occupational Health & Safety for working environment (K3 Lingkungan Kerja).
- Have valid certification in Basic Fire, First Aid, HIRA, ISO 45001, 14001, (include Internal Auditor) & SMK3 PP 50/2012.
- Familiar on building management/facility management.
- Good understanding in Contract Safety Management Service (CSMS).
- Fluent in English both spoken & writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
