Job Description
- To develop, implement and monitor HSE policy, programs, and procedures
- Support HSE Country Lead and Operations in terms of Safety in terms of Minimum Safety Standard (MSS) to achive Zero acident
- Integrates Health, Safety & Environment assurance in all projects., Bridging and aligment HSE DSC standard with HSE Customer standard & implementation at workplaces
- The role is interface between operations and Effective Operations Department
- To ensure & support operations obeying in terms of HSE requirements & regulation in all his coverage area
- Responsibility & accountability to ensure & support operations to achieve HSE Country KPI
- Integrates Health, Safety, and environment assurance in all his coverage area
- Actively & effectively as an interface between operations and Operations Department
- To assist the all sites & potential new project in complying with current HSE legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff and visitors
- Developing and implementing strategies to manage and control the use, storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals included battery within the organization
Requirements
- Having experience 4-5 years in related field
- Minimum 4 years as organize HSE organization in a Logistics Supply Chain company & Safety Transport
- 2 Years in HSE Supervisor position & handling chemical/ battery product
- Familiar with ALARP methodology, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment
- Expert to handling chemical or battery products
- Experiences in Logistics Supply Chain company is an advantage
- 2 Years in HSE Supervisor position & handling chemical/ battery product
- Fair undertanding in analist HSE data, HSE communication skill, knowledge local/ international regulation Local culture
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline, preferably from Occupational Safety and Health or Chemical Engineering background and or minimum 4 years experiences in HSE
- Certified AK3 Umum (HSE General Expert) or equivalent, AK3 Kimia (HSE Chemical Expert)
- Certified ISO 45001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
- Certified Basic First Aid & Basic Fire Fighter
- Certified IATA
- English - business level
