Job Description
• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSE management system for construction projects
• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections of construction sites
• Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personnel
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters
• Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction HSE management
• HSE-related professional certification and/or accreditation
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in english
