Job Description
Needs Analysis:
- Work with clients to understand their HR processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Translate client needs into HRIS configurations and workflows.
System Configuration:
- Configure the HRIS system to meet client-specific requirements, including modules such as employee database, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Test configurations for accuracy and functionality.
Data Migration:
- Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new HRIS.
- Ensure data integrity and perform necessary validations.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Documentation:
- Create detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Maintain records of client interactions and implementation progress.
Continuous Improvement:
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance future implementations.
- Stay updated on HRIS trends, updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of experience in related role (data processing, or most preferable HRIS Implementation)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and modules (e.g., payroll, attendance, and performance management).
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools.
- Proficient in Excel and other data management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with SaaS HRIS systems is preferre
