Job Description

  1. Leading the implementation of new HRIS systems within the company
  2. Collaborate with key users in HR to identify needs and requirements which will be included in the new system
  3. Provide comprehensive technical brief to vendor and IT to ensure understanding of user requirements
  4. Maintaining project timeline and initiating regular meetings between related parties
  5. Creating customized reports in SAP to track key HR metrics
  6. Creating enhancements within the HRIS system

Requirements

  1. Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's degree in information system / engineering, with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  2. Experienced in handling end to end HRIS System implementations
  3. Candidates with experience in handling SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors are preferred
  4. Strong communication and problem solving skills
