Job Description

Oversees and optimize daily workflow in the HR
Handling administrative duties within HR
Handling the general affairs matters
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Maintaining and taking actions in relation to industrial and government relations
Ensure regulatory compliance with labor law

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, preferably law, psychology, or management major
Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end HR function
Experienced in handling general affairs function
Strong understanding of employment law and asset maintenance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
