Job Description
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets including procurement and inventory
- Handle routine payments (property tax, utilities, vehicle tax, insurance)
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for all general affairs expenses
- Coordinate with external vendors and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure office facilities and equipment meet safety and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in General Affairs
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities
