Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and personal data
- Support payroll administration and employee benefits processing
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure HR documentation and filing systems are well organized and up to date
- Support the implementation of HR policies and company regulations
- Handle routine employee inquiries related to HR matters
- Assist in organizing training and development programs
- Support General Affairs activities such as office maintenance, asset tracking, and vendor coordination
- Monitor office supplies and ensure availability of operational needs
- Assist in preparing HRGA reports and administrative documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HRGA or HR-related roles
- Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, administration, payroll support)
- Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations is a plus
- Proficient in HRIS (Talenta) & Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willing to learn and grow in HR and General Affairs functions
