Job Description
- Handling the end-to-end recruitment processes & talent acquisition
- Provide HR support for performance reviews, employee feedback sessions, and career development programs tailored for creative talent.
- Managing and monitoring HR functions including organizational development, personnel admin, etc.
- Oversee daily HR and general affairs operations, including employee attendance, payroll administration, and leave management.
- Engage with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, from pitching sessions to training, and learning.
- Assist with all internal & external HR-related matters and day-to-day management of human resources operations
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director."
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management Human Resources or a related field required.
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 Years of experience in HRGA or Recruiter roles, preferably in a creative or dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with creative industry roles and recruitment processes for these positions is a plus.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and adapt fast in dynamic situations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in creative fields.
- Proactive and collaborative.
- Energetic, high mobility, and a fast learner.
- Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must.
