
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and labor laws.
- Oversee employee performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and facilitating professional development.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and mediate conflict when necessary.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.
General Affairs:
- Manage office facilities and ensure a safe and functional working environment.
- Oversee procurement processes for office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Develop and manage budgets related to general affairs operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs roles (experience in a managerial capacity is a plus).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively.
