Job Description
- Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian (absensi, cuti, kontrak kerja).
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen (posting lowongan, screening CV, wawancara).
- Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan HR perusahaan.
- Mengurus kebutuhan operasional kantor, termasuk peralatan dan fasilitas kerja.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen, Psikologi, atau Hukum.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR/GA.
- Menguasai administrasi kepegawaian dan proses rekrutmen.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara detail dan multitasking.
