Job Description
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan proses rekrutmen untuk pemenuhan posisi Operasional di DC
- Memastikan keberlangsungan operasional HR dari proses hiring to firing di DC berjalan dengan baik
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan aktivitas yang dapat menunjang engagement personel DC
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan aktivitas learning & development untuk level Operasional di DC
- Menjalankan dan memastikan proses ketenagakerjaan di DC berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan aktivitas yang dapat menunjang culture and innovation di DC
- Memastikan bisnis proses Paragita di DC berjalan dengan baik
- Menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab sebagai orkestrator SHE dan WPM di DC
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan aktivitas yang dapat menunjang kegiatan CSR
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan aktivitas yang dapat menunjang kegiatan EB dan PU
- Turut terlibat dalam aktivitas bisnis yang berjalan di DC sesuai dengan peran yang diberikan
- Merencanakan dan menjalankan project initiatives di DC
Requirements
- Lulusan S1 semua jurusan.
- 2-5 tahun pengalaman di bidang HR, diutamakan sebagai generalis.
- Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang prinsip, praktik, dan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan.
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
- Kemampuan memecahkan masalah dan pendekatan proaktif terhadap isu-isu HR.
- Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh Indonesia (Wajib)
