Job Description
In this position, you will support various HR activities and work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth execution of internal programs, maintain documentation, and assist in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business, or a related field
- Interested in the Financial Technology Industry
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and people-related initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
