Job Description
- Handle Site Human Resources Management, Including Recruitment, Salary, Compensation, Audit, Employee Training and Development
- Coordinate with government and local authorities for human resources issues.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Address workplace human resources concerns and dispute.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Project management
- Problem solving & Analytical skill, Presentation skill
