Job Description
- Prepare accurate monthly HR reports and ensure timely submission in line with established deadlines and targets.
- Conduct employee attendance verification and validation to ensure data accuracy for payroll and administrative purposes.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including system updates and issue coordination.
- Maintain and update employee database records by ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Assist in monitoring HR data integrity and support documentation related to employee administration.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve data management processes and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, HRIS, or employee data management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Holding a Certified HR Staff certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high initiative in handling data and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS/database systems.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
