Job Description
- Proposes the development/revision of policies, systems and procedures in recruitment process, training & development, and performance management
- Manages the industrial relation functions in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance with the firm’s policies, systems and procedures
- Manages the compensation & benefits and personnel functions in an effective and efficient manner and in accordance with the firm’s policies, systems and procedures
Requirements
We are seeking the position of HR Staff, with qualifications as follows :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with psychological assessment tools
- Basic understanding in recruitment process, training & development, and performance management
- Enough understanding in English (oral & written)
- Good communication skill
- Fast learner, eager to learn
- Attentive to details, well organized
- Able to work independently or in a team
