Job Description
- Manage employee administration such as employment contracts, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Support the recruitment process based on manpower requirements from each department.
- Manage and monitor employee attendance, including leave, permission, lateness, and overtime.
- Prepare attendance recapitulation as the basis for payroll calculation.
- Handle the administration of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee registration, data updates, and deactivation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with HR internship experience or 1–2 years of HR experience will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and HR administration.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with employees and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong administrative and data management skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee issues.
