Job Description
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Conduct CV screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Collaborate with user to know the position's requirements and define selection criteria.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate assessment processes if necessary.
- Prepare selection reports (profiling) and recommend candidates to management.
- Welcome new employees on their first day, conduct orientation, introduce the team, and provide initial work guidance.
- Manage and update the employee database for newly hired staff, including personal information, position, joining date, and onboarding notes.
- Managee and filling all employee documents ( photocopies of KTP, KK, NPWP, CV / Resume and others).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Experience in HR or recruitment, minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Hiring and Recruiting skills

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
