HR Recruitment - Relationship Manager

Job Roles:

• Searching candidates via Search Engine (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and any other job portal), and references based on Requirements.
• Using social media to advertise positions, and attract the candidates.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualifications match and compatibility.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Correctly and completely input data profile candidates in HRIS.
• Following up candidate while still ongoing process.
• Report weekly and monthly to Recruitment Manager
