Responsible for Recruitment end-end (incl high level)
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
- Experienced as an HR Recruitment Senior min 2 years in an established company, preferably in the F&B industry, (incl managing multiple branches and over 300 employees)
- Experience handling Assessment Promotion processes including Psychology Test.
- Experience handling Recruitment end-end (incl high level)
- Familiar with competency-based performance.
- Tough, highly driven, fast learner, and dynamic.
- Strong analytical, detailed, and good follow-up.
- Smart, highly driven person with good communication skill
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) handling, Canva / Photoshop.
- Placement Head Office : Karawaci, Kota Tangerang.
