About the Role
Beyond Medical is looking for an HR People & Culture Manager who brings strategic thinking, maturity, and a strong partnership mindset. This role will work closely with the directors to shape business plans, strengthen organizational capability, and drive people development initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the directors in business planning, organizational development, and talent strategy.
- Design and execute People & Culture strategies aligned with business needs and long-term goals.
- Lead end-to-end HR initiatives including performance management, career development, competency building, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee HR operations while continuously improving processes, systems, and employee experience.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain a healthy, high-performance company culture.
- Conduct workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession mapping to ensure organizational readiness.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders on people matters, conflict management, and decision-making.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding efforts to support organizational growth.
- Develop, update, and ensure compliance of HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with exposure to HR business partnering or People & Culture leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: performance management, learning & development, organizational development, culture building, and (optional) IR knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving needs.
- Proactive, critical thinker with strong execution skills—from planning to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust across teams.
