Job Description

  • Manage and update payroll data for new hires, resignations, and employee status changes.
  • Process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle employee medical benefits administration (insurance, BPJS, claims, and reimbursements).
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and support HR events related to employee health and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and HR operations.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle payroll and employee records accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and service skills to address employee needs related to payroll and benefits effectively.
  • Willing to be located in Karawaci, Tangerang.
