Job Description
- Assisting in process the payroll administration
- Input the payroll payment for non staff level, compensation & benefit, etc to Bank System
- Reporting & analyzing HR Data
- Coordinate with external parties such as BPJS which is related to regulation, data and correspondence
- Assisting to coordinate with internal / employee which is related with the responsibilities of Employee Relation
- Managing document archiving both digitally and in hardcopy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably from Economic
- Max 30 years old
- Having the experience for 2-4 years
- Good English, verbal and writing
- Good communication
- MS Office proficiency
- Detail oriented and have a good time management
- Capable of working independently and also as a part of a team
