Job Description
- Record and summarize employee attendance
- Finalize attendance data for payroll processing
- Maintain and organize confidential HR documents
- Monitor and update employee contracts
- Upload and manage employee data in the HR system
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Task-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
