Job Description
- Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and HR-related documentation.
- Support payroll admin processes, including data preparation, calculating employee overtime, and managing freelancer payroll.
- Administer employee benefits (e.g., BPJS, insurance) and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Create and manage employee contracts and oversee offboarding administration.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and policy clarifications.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and operational updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with Talenta as an HRIS platform.
- Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel
- Strong skills in payroll administration
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Available to work full-time for the 3-month contract period.
