Job Description
- Identifying training needs and participants based on results of the gap analysis
- Design and develop curriculum, syllabus and training materials for each program
- Coordinate and collaboration with partners during program implementation
- Design and delivery the assessment tools from preparation until reporting to the manager
- Compile and update training materials such as preparing slides, making videos etc for training and development programs
- Monitoring, coordination support and being involved in to internship program, Kelas Industri and AGL Acceleration Program.
- Reporting the progress and result to the manager for any learning program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology, Management or relevant
- Min. experience 4 year in Learning & Development area
- Good operating computer, Microsoft Office suit and Canva
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Creative and digital savvy
- Fluent in English
