Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office positions.
Handle HR correspondence and personnel administration.
Administer employee attendance, leave records, BPJS administration, and prepare related reports.
Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee records and personnel data.
Manage and update employee information through the HRIS, particularly Talenta, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
Collect, calculate, and input payroll-related data to maintain and update payroll records.
Support the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
Manage general administration, legal documentation, and maintain relationships with relevant external institutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Proficient in using HRIS, particularly Talenta.
Strong knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
