Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with BrandPartner's business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on human capital management and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Implement performance management systems and contribute to talent development initiatives.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
  • Facilitate continuous learning opportunities for employees.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.

Workplace Well-being:

  • Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Address workplace issues and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
