Job Description
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with BrandPartner's business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management on human capital management and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Implement performance management systems and contribute to talent development initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.
- Support career development initiatives and mentorship programs.
- Facilitate continuous learning opportunities for employees.
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.
Workplace Well-being:
- Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
- Address workplace issues and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
