Job Description
We are a dynamic and growing automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead centralized function of Human Resources department and drive strategic initiatives that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
. Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
. Design and execute training and development programs.
. Lead HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Placement : Dipo Tower, Central Jakarta
Requirements
. Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Psychology or any related field.
. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
. Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
Dpo . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
