Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Design and execute HR strategies, programs, and engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Lead performance review cycles, including KPI setting, performance analysis, and feedback delivery.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and other company benefits.
- Supervise office facilities and general affairs, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and procurement of office needs.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with HR tools, systems, and recruitment platforms.
