Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs.
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee HR operational processes, including employee records, compensation, benefit and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Partner with the general manager to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, talent development, and HR operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools for efficient operations.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in employer branding and certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
