Job Description
We need Senior HR Manager
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
- Provide guidance and support on employee issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- In charge of creating plans all the way to execution for employee training, culture engagement activities, and performance management.
- Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Gather and maintain accurate HR data (hiring, development, retention, etc); develop dashboards and reports for HR and leadership insights.
- Calculate and review employee incentives and benefits; recommend adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
- Use statistical techniques to forecast workforce needs and turnover; anticipate trends and address potential challenges.
- Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
- Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program – Policy, Procedure and Process.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align analytics with organizational goals; support initiatives like diversity and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Min 2-3 years of HR experience in a business partner role and startup Industry
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience creating reports and visualizations for diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills with HR and business leaders.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
- Able to working independently and has leadership skills
