Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations to ensure effective and compliant human resources management.
- Drive HR initiatives that align with and support the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Serve as a strategic thinker, providing insights and recommendations on HR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping policies and procedures up-to-date.
- Foster an engaging work environment by implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Lead and manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve HR-related issues and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
