Job Description
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives and ensure alignment with industry best practices
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Develop talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization
- Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues, addressing grievances, and promoting effective communication between employees and management
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support career development
- Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related matters
- Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HR software systems, and handling payroll processes
Requirements
- Experience min 3 years in the same position
- Min Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Management , Psychology and retail
- Pleasent Looking, Dynamic, Creative and Disiplince
- Having Good Communication and good networking
- Hospitally, Retail and target oriented, Smart , Diligent and responsibility
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Training Management
- Willing be Placed in kuningan West Java
