Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions, ensuring effective HR operations, employee support, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous employee development to support the organization's goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compensation & benefits.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, HR system & Budgeting, and team management abilities.
- This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – BSD Course (Tangerang Selatan) & PIK Course (Jakarta Utara)
